Unhappy client

I have app**** for endor*****t on my home loan however the attorneys kept on sending a request since 2021 for fnb to finalize the application however nothing is resolved...FNB keeps on sending me the same application forms to fill in.it is very frustrating. It also affected my home insurance.im unhappy with the service
