Unhappy client

Good day,

I'm logging this query for the last time. I need someone to advise me what happened to my refund. I have logged a reversal request on the 2nd of September and I received incontact message on my app around 14h00 stating that I'll be refunded 3 transactions (R497.14*2 and R104.10) within 5 working days. I haven't received my refund. Can someone please advise if I'll ever be refunded or i should just forget about my money.
