Unhappy client

Mrs HP Koen granted me, HP Rossouw, her daughter power of attorney on her banking profile. Since then, bank statements are being posted to the frail care facility where se resides. This was never the instruction and are incurring unnecessary costs which must be reversed. Please make the necessary amended for statements to be emailed as was the previous practice for many years. She has a small loan account on which the monthly debitorder disappeared and I have to transfer monthly. Please rectify this oversight on FNB side.
