Unhappy Client

I opened a Business Banking Account with FNB in 2015 and then sold the business in January 2018. I discovered this year when conducting ITC checks on myself that there is a judgement granted by the high court against my name for the business in January 2019. I have spoken to the business banking division several times, I have gone to two branches one in Sandton and another in Midrand to settle the matter with no success. I dont understand why there is a judgement against my name for a business I sold more than a year ago. The individual to whom I have sold the business has made a payment arrangement with FNB as they are aware of the monies owed. The credit bureau cant help me as they have advised I need a letter from FNB rescinding the judgement or a letter from the court. FBN as so far been unable to provide me with the letter and I asked if summons where provided to me to which address of mine where they sent to as I am not appearing on the records of the business as a Director. I urgently need this matter resolved as it is affecting my life negativity.
