Unhappy client
Hello Peter I personally have a complaint against FNB apparently they say there was a *****ulent money that came into my personal account which they say it's R2999,they say they've done their investigation on my case & they've scanned me & done all their procedures,so now my account is blocked & now kids need that money as much as I need it,so I'm extremely disappointed with FNB with their services

09 Apr 2024, 12:46It's almost a month now I've been getting the same response so now I'm sick and tired it's either they tell me now if they'll be able to reopen/unblock my account so that I should know where I stand with them, because I've received a certain amount of money which is supposed to sustain my kid's,now they're suffering because them by freezing my account ðŸ˜
