Unhappy Client.
Good day. I have made a loan with FNB and paid every month so far even after I have been retrenched and I also paid my insurance policy as well to help me when I cannot pay. I went into FNB Lakeside Mall and the service was pathetic. They told me to phone the FNB Loans Department and they didn't even want to help me and was so rude after I took all my necessary documentation and still no help. I do not accept this kind of behavior after being a loyal client for 12 years.
