UNHAPPY CLIENT

I am sharing my disappointment about being an FNB client for nine years. More than a week ago fund was taken out of my account, leave me with nothing not a cent to my name. Since Tuesday have been to bank every day, spending more than 2 to 3 hours at a time and still there has been no result. When calling you get sent from one department to another. I have even sat with the branch manager, and she also was passed from one department to another, so if your branch manager can't even get to the right department what hope is there for me. I need my fund to be able to survive, get my chonic medication, rent, car payments and more. I was told i need to apply for an overdraft so that I have money, WHY MUST I APPLY FOR AN OVERDRAFT. Once this problem is eventually solved, I will be closing account and there will never be a positive word mention about FIRSTRAND BAND LIMITED (USELESS)
