Unhappy client

I have had 2 different matters with FNB Law On Call one is dated more then 2 years back and another I am approaching a year without being assisted. Every month they take their premiums with no fail yet they are failing to attend to my matters. I have been complaining and yet my emails have been ignored as no consultant has contacted me until today. This is really frustrating because I am paying monthly
