Unhappy about my money not being released

First National bank won't release my money on my Easy account as I cannot spend more than R3000 a day and more than R10000 per month. What is this as I have been banking with them for 10 years and this morning I'm transferring money to my Capitec account which happens immediately and now it does not happen at all as I'm told 2 till 3 working days. What is that. I'm so disappointed in them.
