Unhappy

Fnb I have 3 to 4 foreign T 457 that's costing me R8.50 for things I am not aware of I tried calling in the lines keep cutting... I am furious cos my account keeps going into a minus... I am considering changing my banks because I have never experience these things with my previous bank I am so unhappy every month. Trying to get hold of your dispute departments is a nightmare.. I am so scared to receive my salary because random things goes off that I'm not even aware of... how do u allow this??
