I wrote a letter to FNB asking them to close my fnb cheque account as they have converted that account into a loan account and now every month I pay interest on that account and I am not using it. Now I got feedback today they cant close the cheque account but they have closed my savings account where my salary goes into and I use that account????????????? What de hell??????????
