Unhappy

I bought airtime using cellphone banking on the 25th of January 2021. I never received that airtime, i then called vodacom who then told me that i need to speak to Fnb. I just called FNB today and i have been pushed from pillar to post, no one is giving me any information. I keep receiving emails from Lerato saying i will be refunded in 3-5 days. Its been a week now no refund. I need my airtime please
