today i was at a doctor and had to pay and my account was frozen so i called fnb and got no help whats so ever was told go into bank how is it fair that its our account and we cannot get help when ever you call fnb what the hell do we have to accept on our phones when we opened our account there were no cell phones fnb gives disgusting service
