I have been struggling since yesterday morning to rest username and password

How does your brains work how do you create a reset username and password through a app that is most probably blocked and the reason you resetting.

And the level of assistance is absolutely despicable.

The amount of times I was transferred is ridiculous, the amount of times I had to repeat myself to each of them was ridiculous

Like what dont you understand about APP is blocked I cant reset because APP is blocked

Some assistance would be great
