<p>Today i went to FNB Branch in Lephalale Town , when they call my ticket number i stand up for help and they lady who was supposed to help me she said is time for her lunch, i must sit down and wait for the next teller available and i went to sit dow , within 5 minutes she came back to help another guy who was not on the queue, he came from outside. and she helped him . after few minutes there was available teller i went to him and he said to me he cant help me because he need to attend another customer because his beeng waiting for him for hours. and we still have our tickets on our hands .</p>
