I am not happy at all with Fnb bank my son was shot and killed in untata and I had a policy with them and when i went to them to claim they did not pay they said my son was involved in a ******** activity I did provide them a letter from the police stating that he was not in a ******** activity but they still refuse to pay I am so frustrated as I don't know what to do it is as. if they just don't want to pay he passed away on the 28/09/2024 I just don't sleep at all I need help because they were miss informed by the investigating officer and their head wrote a letter to rectify that but still didn't pay I cannot trust any insurance company I am deeply hurt about the passing of my son who was shot and killed and I am hurt about first national bank because they did not treat me well during my hard time I really need help to this
