Unfriendly consultant

I am aware that the problem did not originate from FNB themselves, but the way in which my call was handled, was not worth the waste of airtime.

I had a debit that went off my account that i was not aware of, i called twice, the first lady told me that the debit was requested by Webank, and told to contact them, delightful service.

got through to a gentleman the second time i phoned FNB as Wesbank said they do not know where the charge came from, the gentleman put me on hold, only to tell me what Wesbank had already told me, and that i must send through POP to wesbank for investigation, why do you guys have a dispute department if the customer needs to do all the work? is it just for your bank to say you guys have the department?

not to mention, while he was trying to transfer me to Wesbank, he clearly said, "why must he do it?" he must have assumed i was on hold, or not able to hear him, then my call just cut...

honestly horrid service from FNB.
