Unfriendly and not very helpful at the call sentre

I have asked previously to have my bank statements printed in English. After paying R39 per statement and getting it in black on white, the statements were still in Afrikaans. Now I'm told the statements can not be printed in English. For what I need the statements I have to now pay an accredited translator about R9,000.00 to translate my bank statements.<br> <br> This is just ridiculous and I can not see why I have to pay lots of money each month and then get no help when I really need it! Very unsatisfied customer!
