unfreeze my account please!

PLEASE UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT,

i have had a cheque account for more than 2 years with you but because of COVID19 i was unable to use my account as i was laid off work. i did recieve funds coming into account through deposits but thats it. I finally found work and my salary was deposited yesterday but i can access it as it says account frozen and i dont understand why? my family needs this money as this is a trying time for us and im so dissapointed.please assist!!
