UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT FNB!!!!

My Business account was recently frozen by FNB. I received forex payments into my account and it was frozen, i was contacted by an employee from the ***** and risk division called Itumeleng, he or she requested i send documents why and what the money is for.

I sent the documents, 5 days later my account is still frozen, SA Home Loans is about to put a judgment on my property because all my money has been frozen. This is madness, FNB won't lend me a cent, i find a funer overseas and now they freeze my account.

I swear on my mother's grave if i lose my property or business FNB will pay handsomely for it, i mean what the heck!!! ********** go around spending their ill gotten wealth but hardworking people like me as subjected to insane policies..

All i have been getting is a reference number, my account is still frozen, i am not a ********, why are you guys not communicating with me? I need my account unfrozen, what the heck??

I recently received funding overseas, and the money is being paid in 4 tranches, on the 3rd tranche, FNB decides to freeze my bank account citing the need to confirm the forex transaction. 7 days later after i lodged complaints, they decide to unfreeze my account but still withheld the forex. They even asked me to contact the Reserve Bank, i mean what the heck? The forex is already over 7 days and after another 23 days it wil be returned to the originating bank.

It takes the Reserve bank 6 weeks to even respond. This is poor service from FNB, i have already received two payments, i need the remaining payment to pay my rent and also pay my bond which is long overdue and SAHL looking to foreclose.

Please release my money FNB, you can pass the documents i already submitted to the Reserve Bank. This is so unnecessary and leaves a bad taste.
