UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT

I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 STARS.

I cannot believe my fiance's account was frozen on a Friday after the rax compliance status specifically states COMPLIANT.

Please explain as to why the BANK can freeze an account if SARS has no complaints?!
