unfreez my account matter was solved
I am realy hurt they froze my account and mistake was not mine but the person whom i was doing coin exchange with the mmatter was solved but still my account is frozen and please i sm asking them to investigate the matter before they take hush decisions some of us we tryn so hard to survive ***** is not answer of kur strungle

18 Sept 2025, 09:19I tried to call them regarding this matter they are busy telling me that the invistigater will contact me and they never bother to tell me anything before they freez my acvount its a its a third day my account is frozen but that invistigateer never bother even to contact me where i am going to get helped coz i did send them proof that what ever was a matter was solved so i didnt to anything the fault was not mine but the guy i sold coins on binance i am not ok fnb need to be fair not to think they know but not both side of people that are included to a matter this is painful that they dont care about their clients if we are not protected by them whos going to protect our accounts than

18 Sept 2025, 11:12what i will appreciate is my account to be unfrezed i did provide proof of everything that lead to all this hust decision that disgrace me to my kids and my family and your investigater never contact me still on this third day of my account being frozen for the crime that i didnt commited and it was not fair to me wht ever decision was taken by one side
