Unfinished claim

Good day

I claimed for a burst geyser on the 21st of April and the claim was approved, and your team responded promptly to it.

One of your inspectors came to do the inspection after the geyser installation, and advised that an assessor would come for the ceiling. It is almost a month later, and no one has come.

I sent an email to follow up on this, and I have not received feedback.
