Unfinished Business
Hello l opened an FNB Business account online 3 weeks ago , was called by one of the representatives, Account was opened card was delivered, emailed FICA Documents with the Subject Enquiry, Reference No: B43VHNIR on the 11 of August but since afterwards, l receive emails saying l must email FICA documents which l already submitted, some time last week l received an sms saying account has been put on hold because no FICA documents were received, The card was successfully delivered
