Unfare penalty for bounced debit order

This month my salary got delayed by 1 day from the 25th to the 26th and 3 debit orders ran on my account. On the 25th the first debit order from Old Mutual ran. Old mutual bounced back because there were no funds.
The second debit order to run was standard bank instead of the debit order bouncing because there are no funds in my account. The debit order went through deducting money that was not in my account and at the same time it got reversed immediately with a penalty of R60. The same happened with the debit order for King price insurance. it went through when there was no money in my account and was immediately reversed with a penalty of R60.
My salary got paid on the 26th of August in the afternoon.
On the 26th the Old Mutual debit order ran again and managed to deduct funds on my account.

I think this is unfair for FNB to allow a debit order to deduct money that is not in my account and then penalise me for that. Its better that this debit order bounces back and retries again the following day or the evening of that same day.
Please refund me R120 because this is not fair. Why did the Old Mutual debit order bounce while the others went through? Whats the difference?
