Unfaithful bank

I have been banking with this unfaithful bank since 2009, years back i had app**** for a credit card, but was declined for no reason saying my credit record is clear, i had all the documents in order same company permit and contract. later i app**** again when i was working for my previous company again with proper documentation somewhere last year, it was declined. This time i app**** it again and was obviously declined again saying the documents does not match , we were transferred under section 197 (Section 197 of the Labour Relations Act deals with the transfer of a business and the rights of employees affected by such a transaction. ... The transfer does not interrupt an employee's continuity of employment and an employee's contract of employment continues with the new employer as if with the old employer) recently. But the bank customer service operator does not want to understand what is section 197.

Its been showing that the bank does not have any intention or interest in providing me with credit even though its been too long i had been banking with them.

I would rather prefer to switch to some other bank than still using FNB and i regret banking with FNB.
