Unfairness from FNB

Hi, I noticed in the past 3 months that my eBucks were getting lower and lower. I saw that I am always demoted to Level 3 from 4. When I asked eBucks on the 10th July 2018 & they said my credit card isn't linked i.e. not in eBucks & not bundled option. Therefore all the purchases I do with my credit doesn't get registered to earn points. That's crazy as when I took my credit card it was bundled option & linked to eBucks. The reason I app**** for a credit card is because of eBucks. In the first few months I took the credit card around July 2017, I was earning reasonable eBucks but then it declined significantly. I am also not earning via Makro now.

So I would like to find out who took my profile(credit card) out of eBucks? I have been using my credit for months but I don't get eBucks which is very unfair as my credit card was linked before, what is the use of the credit card then? All the money I have spent on my credit card, how can I be refunded via eBucks as I deserve it? When a customer has a credit card, why is FNB system not automatically linking it to eBucks?

Please assists urgently on this unfairness from FNB.
