Unfairness

I am very disappointed with First National Bank. I draw money at Sasol Garage in Stikland R2000 and then the sistem shout down. My card still in machine but the money is deducted from my bank account on 24/5/2024. I put enquire in at my Capitec Bank the same day and ask for new card. Now First National Bank saying that I have receive money and I have not. There is cameras at all ATM garages so tbry can check and see that I have not receive card or money. I can't loose it!
