UNFAIRLY TREATMENT FROM FNB

I paid off my BOND account on the 3rd February 2021 on the 8th February 2021 I've send them an email for bond cancelation. When checking my statements end of March to my surprise, I debited on the 1st of March and 31st March 2021. I called the homeloan dept on the 1st April who adviced me to to fill up a bond refund form which I was reluctant to do but I ended filling it up and emailed it on the 4th April 2021 On the 6th coming back from work I received another email tell me to fill up a refund form or else I won't get my money back

I'm really disappointed with what FNB is doing. I can't wait for them to do the refund so that I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
