Unfairly treated

I have been using the FNB temp loan for almost 4 months now and I have never missed a payment. So this month FNB decided not to make offer available after they took what I owe them. I had a chat with one of their agents Thulisile who said its unavailable due to COVID-19 I must check mid June. Now I am left with a big hole I was not prepared for this how is this fair on me as your customer? I was not warned about this and its just not fair. I would maybe understand If the amount was reduced. How is that fair on me as your customer????
