Unfairly treated

Someone by the name of Mr Koekemoer has wrongfully reported my FNB account as a ****.I went FNB centurion to report this matter and i was told a consultant will contact me but they did not .FNB has frozen my account without contacting me. As a loyal client who earn her salary through FNB I feel unfairly treated by FNB and will be closing my account.
