Unfairly Reserved Funds

Last week FNB reserved funds paid by Sars from my account without my knowledge, they informed me later when I called that the funds were reserved by Sars. I went to SARS yesterday and they have no knowledge of this. I am so disappointed at how FNB is handling this matter, I need proof showing that the funds were reserved by Sars because it's not showing in my statement. FNB please bring back my money.
