Unfairly charged for slow lounge access
I travelled from King Shaka airport in Durban to Johannesburg on 16 January 2016.
I went to the FNB slow lounge thinking I have access.
we really just wanted to have a look at the facility
Nicole Naidoo who was on duty at the time was extremely unfriendly.
I distinctly told her I would like to have a look only.
She swiped my card
I called my kids away immediately from within.
Faith from the slow lounge verified that I did not use the facility, but now I am facing a charge of R750.00 which I would like refunded immediately.

FNB does not agree that I should get a refund.
