Unfairly and persistent Cashing-In by FNB
There is this habit by FNB to prey on ******** customers by Unfairly Cashing through what they refer as “#Item Paid NO1 Items On”; without notifying customers when your account is about to be overdrawn. FNB receives the magtapes or requests like all other banks in advance and they know when there is no sufficient provision in your account, and in my case they have intermittently notified me but in most occasions they do not notify me. Besides, good customer service dictates that my bank informs me when there is no sufficient provision to cover my debit orders, and it’s not like their monthly costs are consistent. They need to reverse these items, cos they failed to notify me so that I can correct, especially when they know in advance.
