UNFAIRLY AND EARLY SAFPS REPORTING

On 2023-06-29 my particulars were reported to the SAPFS a ***** case that opened by FNB forensic against me. On the 28 July 2023 the court pronounced on a decision not to prosecute. FNB did not delist my particulars and the listing was prematurely and before the decision of the court of law. This listing is affecting my profile and that of my companies badly.

FNB must look into this as I have been unfairly treated with their early listing and it has been prolonged to the point where it affected myself and our businesses badly.

All I need is a clearance letter so I can get back to business as normal. I have sent an email to *** but my enquiry fell on deaf ears. I am not happy with the way FNB is treating us as customers and their unfairly treatment of clients in such matters.
