Unfairly added as non-payer on credit bureau

Fnb credit cards has put me as a non-payer of my last 6 payments on the credit bureau..... i have proof that my payments was done EVERY MONTH before the end of the month..... how on earth do i go about rectifying THEIR unjust slandering of my name..... countless emails later and I am still at square 1.
