Unfair, unjust treatment from this bank

My husband’s account has been blocked since 13.09.2025. He sent you guys the proof of where the funds came from. Now our family has to suffer going up and down to the bank, sending emails and not getting any response. We will escalate this to the Ombudsman. It’s month end bills need to be paid and we are stuck not getting assistance.
