unfair/unjust practices of FNB insure

Hello Peter<br> <br> Good day,<br> <br> FNB connect has the worst service ever. FNB Connect is an representative of the BANK FNB and they are pathetic!<br> I have had, endless problem with them and their tactics.<br> From the time I took out the contract with them for the Samsung S4 and paid them off and have continued with the cell phone insurance, they have been the worst company I have EVER dealt with.<br> Where have you ever heard of a company that cancels your policy without so much as a call, due to so called \insufficient funds\" when the statement clearly confirms there were funds available.<br> I have no idea who has come up with their terms and conditions, as they need a SERIOUS wake up, it is the 21st Century, !<br> I am tired of this and FNB, they are the worst service \"PROVIDER\".<br> I am putting this on Hello Peter, so that more people would become aware of their bad service and think twice about taking anything with them.<br> I feel that I have wasted my time and money over the last 4 years as I have not been shown the loyalty by FNB that I have given. It's actually pathetic that they have all of these customer service driven adverts on the radio and TV but can't put their money were your mouth is."
