Unfair Treatment of Clients

I got back from FNB about 30 minutes ago. I normally go to N1 City where I have no problems but this time I went to the one in Howard Centre as I had to go in my lunch time (Obviously in a hurry).

I got there when it was empty and only one person in the line. My colleague and I sat down until a consultant was available for him. Before that a woman walked in and was obviously friends with the one consultant as they talked etc. when she walked in.

Eventually after long when a consultant opened up and I stood up to take a seat (I was first) the woman stands up walks infront of me and sits down by Kgomotso. A elder lady then told Kgomotso I was first and was waiting for long but the client just said its not her problem and Kgomotso didn't say anything even though she knew she was wrong. The other clients told me to go sit there because I was first but I didn't want to cause a scene.

I am not sure whether this was because they know each other or whether it is because I was white... I really hope it is not because of that, because I can just imagine what a scene it would have caused if the races were reversed. Disgusting that your staff allows this unfair treatment.
