Unfair treatment from first national bank

Since I started writing on the 16/05/2020 FNB didn't resolve my problem regarding unfair treatment from them as they debarred me and list me under REDS from 2011 until todate. They kept on saying they will come back to me and since I last heard three weeks ago from them. I am really frustrated and I need help as I cannot get any job anywhere due to that.
