Unfair treatment from First National Bank

In 2011, I was unfairly dismissed by FNB and they even go on and deburred me and I was listed under RED whereby i couldn't be able to work as a sales representative for any company. And I believe and according to the law, a person can only be debarred for only 5 years and after that the company that listed you can remove you from the blacklisting. But this institution never do that. At first, I never stole money from them or from the customer but they kept on dismissing and blacklisted me as well. Now I cannot get a sales job anywhere. They even wrote an email to me to say that for them to blacklist me was a mistake and they promised to remove that or apply for my removal but until now my name is still debarred and I'm still under RED.
