UNFAIR TREATMENT FORM FNB

My Business account has been with FNB Since I opened inn 2012 this year was a very difficult year for all Businesses about 2 weeks ago I get a call from a consultant.. the agreement was a over draft reduction which I agreed to less than a week later the account was handed over, my account is frozen. I have 0 access to funds , explained my situation in detail to attorneys. no one is giving me a hearing, how do we as a company stabilize if FNB haven't is not hearing us out , we as a company did not ask for the national lock down we received no breaks on any payments . I want to know if FNB thinks that they are being fair to absorb every cent we have and not allowing us to come to a better agreement
