Unfair Treatment by FNB staff at Galleria and Scottsburgh

My mother has been to 3 different FNB branches to gain access to the school’s bank account, a school she’s a principal at(Thandokwethu Primary School)! She’s gone twice to Galleria Mall, twice in Scottsburgh, and twice in Umzinto and no one has effectively helped, each time she goes there she needs to take leave from work as well as the chairman of the SGB.

The community is suspecting her of having ****** the funds since she always has an excuse from FNB whenever she’s expected to cater for school needs! She receives threats! Today she literally tried in the branch because she once again didn’t get the assistance she required.

Samukelisiwe Zulu at Galleria literally threw her hands up when she was asked to help. At Scottsburgh they were laughing at her. How are they Treating Customers Fairly? How does a client keep coming back for the same query over 6 times from 3 different branches and still get no assistance?

Why won’t you open a formal complaint for her when she asks? This needs the Ombudsman now.
