Unfair treatment bond application

Myself and my husband app**** for a second bond with FNB we already have a bond with them however we are selling this bond we want to buy new property.

My husband is the only one working now and I am a stay at home mom.His salary is enough to qualify for a bond.

So our application was sent through a bond originator to fnb and the status came back declined because of poor record for myself not my husband.

Ive requested credit reports for all major companies and my score looks good its 655 good score...(my husband has a great score too)they nailing me because of how i paid past debt! How do they know what i went through at the time? Why it was late and clearly ive made up for it as you can see by my score to date i have no debt besides the bond we paying as a joint.

How can yoi decline someone who has been paying a bond with yoi for 5years almost 6 and has NEVER missed a payment!!!! Based on a second applicat who will not even be paying the bond!

I think its pathetic and we will be thinking of switching our bond to another bank because clearly fnb is no benefit to ua at all!

Is there someone out there in FNB who manually checks bond applications and not base it on a stupid automated system who has no human touch or affection based on different circumstances!

How can a company like you be so unfair towards your faithful paying customers!

I need someone to look into this.

Our last payment we got a ugly sms to say payment not reflecting vut clearly I called in and a manager said its a system error fnb has recieved our payment but its not reflecting so FNB as a whole is allowed to make mistakes and a custimer shoukd jist forgive them nevermind being affected but FNB cannot help a loyal customer wow!!!!!!!
