Unfair treatment

After escalated to hello petter explaining to FNB that I am retrenched for now I’m unable to pay for my home loan if they can give me time or breather while I’m still unemployed , I’ll pay the bond when I get employed and I’ve been talking to FNB for over a month and now I got this message from them FNB Home Finance :) Dear TG CHOWE, Your FNB Home Finance bond account *** is two months in arrears. Please be aware that a valuator will be sent to your property so that legal action can commence which may result in the auctioning of your house. For further information and payment arrangement enquiries, please call us on *** and select option 2. FNB a div of FRB LTD. An authorised FSP and Credit Provider (NCRCP20). I cannot even make a payment arrangement cz I don’t have any other income. This is unfair
