Unfair treatment

Bad service From FNB I app**** for cash flow relief and it was approved on the 17 may but funds was not loaded and my debit order for home loan was rejected on the 1st of June, I’ve been communicating with the bank, and they said I should apply for credit life insurance since I’ve been retrenched. Now it’s almost two months now there’s another debit order that has to collect for my home loan tomorrow on which will come back unpaid and I’ve been communicating with the bank from the 1st of June since my unpaid debit order now tomorrow they’ll attempt to collect and they won’t be any funds all I needed was help, a breather or anything from my bank since I’m unemployed, as soon as I get on my feet I’ll continue to pay I don’t want to be black listed or lose my house. I need assistance and it’s frustrating because I’m in contact with the bank but I do not get help
