UNFAIR TRAETMENT AT FNB,ESTCOURT

I visited FNB branch which I have been banking with for the past 15 years in order to open savings accounts for my 3 children. I was referred to a lady by the name of Thembeka who I explained to my reason for the visit and I told her that I am holder of permanent residence in South Africa and my children are also permanent residence with birth certificates that have got details for both parents on them. The lady told me in a very rude way that she could not assist me because at FNB they only open accounts for children who are South Africans. I then tried to explain to her how much I needed the savings accounts since they are in a boarding school. After a lot of persuassion she then said she would have to find out and come back to me. After 2 days she came back to me and told me thatIi should come and leave my documents . I then went to FNB on a Saturday morning and then proceeded to where she was seated since there was no one she was busy with. She just looked at me and continued with what she was doing and stood up and went away for what seemed like 20 minutes . I was disturbed by the lack of courtesy to tell me to take a seat if she was busy rather than leaving me standing there. I then took a seat in the open area and then when I saw her passIing by I told her that I had come to leave my documents and then she said just leave your documents. She sounded very irritated in her voice and I asked her with who should I leave them and this time I was impatient because of the way she had treated me. She then told me to wait again and fortunately a lady came and took my documents and photocopied them and Thembeka then called me to a meeitng room and said I should apologise she did not like the way I asked her about leaving my documents to which I said no. Up to now its a monthIi got no response from FNB so that I can engage other banks. I tried asking for the intervention of the manager and was told the same lady was in charge sine the manager was not there. Please assist me so that I can get a response and move on.
