Unfair service treatment and bad service.

I walked in Seshego FNB branch on the 24th April 2025 to make a coin deposit, That experience turned into a nightmare as the cashier told me that, He couldn't help me as his role was not changed from the previous one, to make things worse the person responsible to approve the role swap, was not in the branch and not reachable on his or her cellphone (They were not sure when he is gonna report for duty) I was advised to come back around ten, i argued that since you are not sure, you superior is gonna come, Rather let me leave the counted, verified coins and the account details, for them to deposit when he returns, they refused citing the bank procedure even though, they are in the wrong for not being able to assist me. Mind you, they have specified times and dates when they are accepting the coins.
