Unfair rulling with regards to Credit Card dispute

with reference to the mails i will paste below, I put in a dispute of money out of my credit card from company calling them selves Codify Pro Sl, Llc. I have no idea who they are, i have bought nothing from internet from such a company. the only deal that i did was eBay on the 27th for the amount of R626.68 Paypal. Now FNB have ruled that they cannot assist I must contact the supplier.
