Unfair Qualify ebucks rewards on premier!!!!!
ebucks rewards on premier account - I was sold on the bases of the premier account that will have rewards on the ebucks if earned certain points that will get the benefits! Now have to have certain amount coming into my account before I qualify to earn ebucks. (R16500) This is unfair as I pay for premier service and not getting that? And the amount that I was Qualifying on has been the same for the last 7 month... now all of a sudden I don't qualify?
Find this to be very ********* from FNB part to their clients! can't give something then have it removed.
Please fix this not happy at all as Long standing customer.
